Waynes World in the Pocono's

OK! I was only kidding with you MOTHER Nature, it might be spring everywhere else in the state PA, but oh no not here that happens on April 30th and then summer starts the next day, I am not sure if this is the Robin snow or the onion snow. I was in south Jersey on Sunday in a short sleeve shirt getting a nice dose of sun and it was about 65 out. Today 30+ with 4 to 5 inches of snow.What am I suppose to do sell ski resort housing all year round?  OK enough wining already, things are still looking good for this year as far a Real Estate, Interest rates are still under 5 Percent, Houses are priced to sell and the Agents at Pocono Mountain Lakes are filling their Appointment books with buyers to view homes all over the Pocono Region,  Areas such as Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run State Park,  Lehigh River Gorge, Francis Walter Dam,  Bradys Lake,  are great places to see no matter what time of year it is.
