This area has so much to offer for everyone from Swimming, Hiking, Boating to fishing and Hunting, Skiing is only minutes away at Jack Frost and Big Boulder and lets not forget just sitting back and relaxing. In this area you will find a number of communities each having there own appeal. I guess you could say to each his own. You will also Find Brady's Lake in this area.

Wagner Forest Park is a nice community with nature conservation at it's core. It's amenity is a small private lake and beach area, Private roads and most of the lots are 2+ acres with lots of Evergreens and tall timber. Spring Time in the Pocono Mountains

One of the things I like most about the Poconos is the changes in the seasons. We all know the Poconos has Great winter sports such as Skiing, Snowmobiling, Snow tubing and the summers with the beaches and Lakes for swimming but the spring time has a lot to offer with the start of Trout season and also Turkey season, The rivers levels are high so whitewater rafting and canoeing are great at this time with the exception of the water temperature, so dress accordingly. Its also a great time for hiking with the woods a little more open then in the summer you can see a lot of wildlife at this time of year in the woods. Lake Harmony and Split Rock area in the Pocono Mountains has everything most people are looking for in a Vacation home.
