Brier Crest Woods in the Pocono Mountains

                                                    Right on Route 903 is a Great community Called Brier crest Woods. If your going to fast you'll  miss it. Brier Crest has a nice size lake (Picture above) for boating, Fishing and Swimming. It's close proximity to Big Boulder and the Pocono Raceway make it a perfect location for not only full time living but also a good area for investment properties with both winter and summer rentals. There are plenty of styles of homes to choose from. There are only a few Lakefront homes in this community so if one comes on the market it usually doesn't last to long. Large Acrerage and out of community Properties

I've talked about a number of Pocono communities in my past Blogs but what about Homes out of community where you don't have or want all the Amenities or the association Homes with larger acreage (5-10 acres) or even more. When people think of the Poconos I not sure if you know of these type of homes and properties. There are quite a few to choose from. There are also a few communities that allow horses. High Country Estates in Long Pond Pa is one to check out. Most of the properties in this community have 4+ acres w/ a mix of pasture and wooded areas. This community is only minutes from interstate 380 close to shopping and 20 minutes from Camel Back Ski area. Properties with 10 to 20 acres are a little harder to find but are available. If you are still looking for more room and 20 to 100 acres is what you had in mind check out these homes.
