Waynes World in the Pocono's

Good day to all, lets see, what day is it ? oh yeah April first otherwise known as all fools day so I guess what we woke up to today is par for the course. (Check out the photos),well we were suppose to get a huge storm today lucky for us just 3-5 inches of the white stuff, the Ski resorts Jack Frost and Big Boulder in the Lake Harmony area and Camelback  in the Tannersville area are all loving it. With only a couple of weeks until the opening day of Trout season all this snow is going to keep the creeks and streams at a higher level then normal making it a little more of a challenge to stalk the streams, I have seen the trout stocking trucks passing by, hope they have a few big ones in there, The Pocono Wildlife is starting to come out of their winter mode and traveling a lot, deer and bear are on the move, Geese and other migrating birds heading north and we had a pair  Canada Geese stop at or place for a rest and to re-energize, still trying to get a photo of the little Woodcocks on the property, they are hard to see and really only get active right before the sun goes down, you can experience all this for yourself if you live or vacation here in the Poconos all you have to to is slow down and take a look around you will be surprised at what you see, Bye for now Wayne
